Return and Refund Policy

 

Every Grin and Bear It Tees product is printed just for you when you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? We'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@grinandbearittees.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

 

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, or it hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll help sort it out.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
